Philippe Theroux Ha exécute les mandats de fusions et acquisitions de FirePower Capital et dirige les activités de développement des affaires de l’entreprise pour le Québec.
Philippe a commencé sa carrière chez FirePower en tant qu’Analyste pour ensuite y est retourné après un passage de deux ans dans la division du financement des entreprises d’Enerkem Inc, une société de carburants renouvelables soutenue par du capital-risque.
Au sein d’Enerkem, Philippe a participé à la conclusion d’environ 200 millions de dollars de financements par capitaux propres et par emprunt, ainsi qu’à l’analyse de plus d’un milliard de dollars de projets d’infrastructure.
Philippe est titulaire d’un baccalauréat en administration des affaires de HEC Montréal.
